Welcome to One! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the One Dating App mobile application ("App") provided by One Match LLC ("One Match LLC," "One Dating App," "we," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
Face Data and Selfie Verification
To ensure the authenticity and safety of our community, OneDatingApp may ask you to submit a selfie (face photo) during the account verification process.
- What We Collect: A one-time selfie image of your face.
- Purpose of Use: This image is used exclusively for manual review by a human moderator to verify that the profile pictures you uploaded match your real appearance.
- No Facial Recognition: We do not use facial recognition, biometric analysis, or automated verification. No biometric data is extracted or processed.
- No Third-Party Sharing: Your selfie is never shared with third parties.
- Data Retention: The selfie is stored temporarily on secure servers and is immediately deleted after the manual verification process is completed, typically within a few hours.
- Your Consent: By submitting a selfie for verification, you consent to this temporary collection and review for the sole purpose of identity confirmation.

- Acceptance: By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines and Safety Tips, and any terms that apply to in-app purchases you make.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 to use the Services, and you must not be a sex offender or convicted felon.
- Content: You are responsible for Your Content, including any content that you upload or provide while using our Services. You may not post illegal or inappropriate content. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
- Safety: One is not responsible for the actions of its users or your interactions with them, and we don't conduct background checks.
- Rights: One grants you the right to use our Service as authorized and permitted by this Agreement. You grant One a license to use Your Content, including the right to display your profile.
- In-App Purchases: One may offer services for purchase through mobile platforms such as Google Play and Apple's App Store. Most purchases are not refundable except as may be required by law.
- Limitation of Liability: To the extent allowed by law, we limit our liability to you for certain types of damages for claims relating to your use of the Service.
- Arbitration: You agree that any disputes will be settled by arbitration. This does not apply to users residing in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom or elsewhere where prohibited by law.
- Governing Law: French law applies to this Agreement. Actions for disputes relating to this Agreement must be brought in Paris, France.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us for actions arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content or your violation of this Agreement.
Community Standards
At OneDatingApp, we believe in fostering a respectful and safe community. We take misbehaviour seriously. If you encounter any abuse or inappropriate content, please report it directly from a profile or within a chat by selecting the 'Block & Report' option.
You can also contact us directly with your concerns, and we will take swift action. We reserve the right to investigate any violations of our community guidelines, user rights, or third-party rights. In our sole discretion, we may immediately terminate any user's access to the app without prior notice and remove any content that violates our standards.
